Ice cream lovers will line up for an N2 Extreme Gelato in the masses because they love ice cream and love the ideal of it being created by nitrogen. Given it's getting colder, perhaps this will subside but Sydney does occasionally get the really warm sunny Winter's day. Wow, look at all the people below. The store is small so you will see an outpour of people on the streets.
All the wording on the walls had random flavour combinations which created all sorts of imagery in my head. I settled for the Ferrero Reveal ($8, below) which an injection of chocolate. Think nutella ice cream with a chocolate topping filled with rice bubbbles. It was a triple hit of chocolate which will please all the chocolate lovers. Aesthetically, I think those with some imagination will love N2.
For those who like classic ice cream; you may prefer to line up for Cow and Moon or Gelato Messina for ice cream without all the bells and whistles.
