Oliver Brown Terrace, Top Ryde

The Oliver Brown Terrace in Top Ryde is the only Oliver Brown venue that serves food. It's a neat little cafe that is located in the Top Ryde Shopping Centre.

I don't have high expectations for some reason. I order the seafood spaghetti which is topped with calamari, mussels, prawns and a long thin crunchy bread stick. The pasta is drenched in a chilli tomato sauce which packs a real chilli hit (It was about $22).

I also order the korean bulgogi burger which comes with a side of fries (It was about $16). This burger was amazing! The meat was full of the korean bulgogi flavour of spicy and meaty flavours and just complimented the typical trimmings of tomato, lettuce and cheese. The chips are amazing! I don't know why I am so surprised. I think it's because you expect Oliver Brown to specialise in dessert so you don't know what to expect with the other menu items here.

I also order a lychee fruit shake and a mango fruit shake. They are icey and slurpee like (Both $7ish).

Highlights: Both the pasta dish and the korean burger was amazing. It really exceeded my expectations. Some people may not be able to handle the chilli in the pasta but that korean burger is right on point with the bulgogi flavours. I loved it and I highly recommend both dishes

Suggested Improvements: It did take some time for the food to come out but the server did warn me.
