Sushi Hub, Sydney City

Have you been to Sushi Hub recently? I'm a big fan of their take away boxes for a quick lunch but there's also many other options. Who's ready for some sushi porn?

Matt and I love Japanese food and particularly sushi! I love how fresh and healthy sushi hub taste. We head to the Central Sydney store where there are take away and sit in options. I've forgotten the vast variety that Sushi Hub has.

So I normally get the take away nigiri packs for lunch but on occasion, I also get a few sushi rolls! My favourite are salmon and avo or tempura prawn but sometimes when I'm being a bit naughty there's the cream cheese and salmon combination as well. The sushi always taste freshly made.

I've started to order the inari as well which is a tofu skin that holds rice and is topped with your favourite toppings. I quite like the octopus topping. The inari is also a high on value option. In colder months, I also like a bit of Udon! The sushi hub at central on george st also has udon! You can order the udon with kaarage chicken or seafood. Sounds good to me.

My favourite though are the nigiris - in particular the scallop nigiri, prawn nigiri and salmon nigiri. It's so fresh, delicious and hard to resist. Sushi is definitely one of my favourites.

Summary: Sushi Hub is a nice and casual eatery with a lot of variety. Stop by for take away or sit in as some stores have a sushi train and a la cart menu. My fave is the scallop nigiri and the prawn nigiri!!
